We reply to every message within two working days. Mentor matching usually takes two to three weeks depending on what you want to learn.

No. Mentoring, equipment, and certification support are free to the young people and families we work with. We're funded by donations and volunteer time.
We work with young people from 12 to 24. Under-18s need a parent or guardian to sign off before the first session.
Not to start. We refurbish donated machines and lend them out, and a lot of early work can be done on a library computer or a phone. Tell us your situation in the form and we'll sort it.
Roughly two hours a month with one mentee, plus a background check and a short safeguarding induction. You don't need to be senior — if you're two years ahead of someone, you can help them.
Both. In and around Alpharetta, GA we meet in libraries and community spaces. Everywhere else it's video calls, and it works just as well.
